Questions

What's the difference between an estimate and a quote?

An estimate is your best price for the work as described and can change if the job changes. A quote is a fixed price. Change the title at the top to call it either.

How long should a snow removal estimate stay valid?

Thirty days is common. Use a shorter date if your material prices move fast, and say so in the notes.

How do I turn the estimate into an invoice?

Your business details are saved in this browser. Open the snow removal invoice template, and add the same lines once the work is done.
